Ground Floor:
Spacious open living/dining area that is open to the kitchen area (up a few steps). Large sliding glass doors open to pool area at same level as living/dining area.
Living room has a large screen TV with Netflix and PlayStation. Fireplace.
Kitchen: Oven, Refrigerator/freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, toaster
Barbecue: Gas grill, located outside, near kitchen.
Bedroom 1: Big double bed or 2 single beds. Access to outdoor sitting area. TV with Netflix. Writing desk/chair. Wardrobe.
Bathroom 1: With shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and laundry drying rack.
1st Floor:
Bedroom 2: Spacious room with King size double bed. TV with Netflix. Writing desk/chair. Wardrobe. Doors open onto covered patio with sitting area, view to mountains and sea. **This room can accommodate a baby cot or an extra folding bed upon request.
Bathroom 2: On suite/Bedroom 2, Large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Spacious room with Double bed. TV with Netflix. Writing desk/chair. Wardrobe. Doors open to patio shared with Bedroom 2, and a window with a view. (**This room can accommodate a baby cot or an extra folding bed upon request.)
Bedroom 4: Two single beds (or can be arranged as a large double bed upon request.) TV with Netflix. Wardrobe. Small balcony.
Bathroom 3: Spacious bathroom located off the hallway adjacent to Bedrooms 3 & 4, with walk-in shower.
What our guests can expect:
- Kitchen includes: Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, extractor fan, microwave, coffee makers (French press, drip & Nespresso), kettle, toaster. In addition to having cutlery and crockery, pots & pans…the cupboards are stocked with starter items: Cretan olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper/spices, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer.
- Welcome Basket includes: Olives, biscuits, Cretan honey, mineral water, wine, fresh fruit, and more!
- Swimming pool: The villa has its own private swimming pool. Extra care is taken to service the pool regularly, maintaining correct pH levels and ensure the water is crystal clear. Most importantly we ensure the pool is safe for you and your family to enjoy. For this reason, a serviceman will visit twice weekly to maintain these optimum levels.
- Outdoor dining: Two large tables/10 dining chairs. Large umbrella that can cover the dining area.
- Car rental: Due to the village location, we recommend guests rent a car. The property has room to park up to 3 cars (small to mid-size). We highly recommend NO LARGE vehicles. (eg. 8 passenger vans) for ease of navigating the tight village roads.
